Foggy Forests and Friends

We explore the coastal forests around Tor Bay. These forests are exposed to a moderate climate, with milder winters and cooler and foggy summers. But these forests also hold secrets. They survive on the edge of the North Atlantic coast by complex connections and networks and by having many special ecological friends. Be prepared to take a closer look and see what most do not with an ecology that is extraordinary. Become a naturalist for the day, exploring and sharing with each other what you have discovered.

Bring good footwear (sneakers are fine), layers of clothing, rain coat, rubber boots (if you have them), and an inquisitive mind. Now you’re ready for an adventure where you do come to see the forest for the trees!
